Section: Ancient Archives
It preserve the archives of four ancient Lombard families
(De Ponti, Zaccaria, Lucini Passalacqua)from beginning of the 16th century
untill the first half of 20th, included documents concerning the history
of Milanese and Lombard estate and the first centres of industrialization.

Constituted
by personal archives given by private citizens, associations, trade unions

It preserves
archives from firms, political and trade unions organisms active in the
Milanese area.
Because
of the size and importance of the documentation, it is to be mentioned
the historical Archives of the
Società
italiana Ernesto Breda, (Italian
Society Ernesto Breda), the Archives of the
Società Ercole Marelli
(society
Ercole Marelli) and of the Riva & Calzoni.
